4. Security Services
Security services reduce risk but cannot prevent every crime, loss, injury, emergency, or unauthorized act. NANPOR does not act as an insurer or guarantor. The client remains responsible for property maintenance, lawful operations, emergency planning, access systems, lighting, alarms, cameras, and other safeguards unless expressly included in a signed agreement.
NANPOR personnel will perform only authorized and lawful duties within the agreed scope. The client must disclose known hazards, threats, access restrictions, workplace conditions, and material changes that could affect safety or staffing.
5. Bookings, Payments, Fees, and Taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method for purchases, fees, deposits, taxes, or other amounts disclosed at checkout or in a written agreement. 6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, Refunds, and No-Shows

NANPOR may reschedule, relocate, substitute an instructor, modify delivery, or cancel a course or service because of instructor availability, enrollment, safety, range conditions, government action, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where appropriate, NANPOR may offer transfer, credit, rescheduling, or refund of amounts paid directly to NANPOR for the affected service.
7. Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, impersonate another person, submit false information, misuse forms, infringe rights, or use website content to facilitate unlawful or unsafe activity.
8. Intellectual Property
The website, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, course materials, documents, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to NANPOR and are protected by applicable law. Except for personal, noncommercial use expressly permitted by NANPOR, content may not be copied, modified, published, sold, distributed, recorded, reproduced, or used to create competing materials without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and general website content are provided “as is” and “as available.” NANPOR disclaims implied warranties relating to website use, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. This disclaimer does not limit obligations expressly stated in a signed agreement or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NANPOR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use, third-party services, delayed communications, lost data, or inability to access the website. 13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless a signed agreement provides otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or the website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in San Diego County, California. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or using a lawful small-claims process.
14. Changes and Severability
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated effective date. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
