PHILLIP HUGHEY

CEO | CFO | QM / INSTRUCTOR

Phillip Hughey serves as the CEO, CFO, and Quality Manager of NANPOR Security Academy. He oversees the organization’s leadership, financial operations, and quality standards. His leadership supports NANPOR’s commitment to excellence, accountability, and preparing security professionals for success in the field.

Janett keeps our ship pointing in the right direction and makes sure we are all staying on task.

CLAY CROWL

RANGE SAFETY OFFICER / INSTRUCTOR

With over 20 years of experience leading security personnel, working in public safety, and serving in first responder roles, he's a jack of all trades, master of some. Whether working with security officers, CCW permit holders, or new students, Clay enjoys breaking down complex topics into practical, hands-on training where people can relax, build confidence, and develop real-world skills.

FRANKLIN REID, JR.

VICE PRESIDENT / INSTRUCTOR

Aside from being an all-around great guy, Reid is our VP and Tactical instructor. Specializing in firearms instruction, security guard training and armed, unarmed and executive security details.

ALAINA NINO

SECURITY OPERATIONS

Since joining the team in 2021, Alaina has served in various capacities, including field security officer, office assistant, and support for SHORESHOT. Over time, her responsibilities evolved into a dedicated Operations Assistant role with increasing supervisory duties.

Her background includes a B.A. in Psychology, experience in both armed and unarmed security, working with sensitive populations, and two years of teaching Kenpo to children.

TONY IRRERA

MARKETING DIRECTOR / INSTRUCTOR

Tony is not just our Marketing Director... he's also our Tactical Instructor, bringing over 40 years of martial arts training in various disciplines, as well as, firearms training, range operations, safety procedures, and weapons handling. He specializes in close quarters defensive training, situational awareness, CCW tactical applications, and live-fire fundamentals.
